What is the BMC Telehealth Program?
The Warren-Vance Telehealth Program aims to expand access to healthcare in Vance and Warren counties through partnerships with local community-based organizations. This initiative focuses on enabling access to care for community members with limited-to-no access to telehealth-compatible devices or broadband services.
GOAL: Serve 4,500 patients, including 2,500 new telehealth visits and 6,750 return visits.
Telehealth Station Program
GOAL: Facilitate 2,000 telehealth visits at telehealth sites
The Tablet Loaner Program connects eligible patients with cellular-enabled tablets through a network of providers in the Warren and Vance communities. Participating providers will distribute tablets to patients for telehealth visits, ensuring access to virtual care.
